The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with process management expertise and a solid understanding of IAM principles and identity lifecycle processes.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs an IAM Process Management Consultant, your responsibilities will include:\nAnalyze and document end-to-end IAM processes, identifying gaps, risks, dependencies, impacts, and improvement opportunities.\n\nSupport the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of IAM processes.\n\nGather, analyze, and structure business, customer, stakeholder, and user requirements.\n\nTranslate business and process needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and catalog requirements.\n\nPrepare process improvement proposals, supporting analysis, and documentation for review by Process Owners.\n\nCollaborate with IAM architects, technical specialists, development teams, and operations teams to align process requirements and dependencies.\n\nDrive process clarification activities and facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.\n\nCreate and maintain process documentation, user guidance materials, training content, and knowledge resources.\n\nSupport governance, compliance, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives across IAM services.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to process analysis and improvement.\n\nProven experience in process mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation.\n\nAbility to translate business and user needs into clear process and functional requirements.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nAbility to coordinate effectively across business and technical teams.\n\nStrong understanding of process dependencies and end-to-end service impacts.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with Process Owners and cross-functional teams.\n\nKnowledge of process governance, compliance frameworks, change control, and continuous improvement methodologies.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nNice to Have\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Process Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT Service Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.\n\nGood understanding of IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management processes.\n\nExperience with process design, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nExperience working in cross-functional and international environments.\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow and enterprise IAM platforms.\n\nAgile, Business Analysis, Process Management, or IAM-related certifications.\n\nExperience working in highly regulated environments is considered a plus.\n\nSCHEDULE :\n08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)\n\nHybrid (onsite presence in Sant Cugat at least
