The successful candidate will be responsible for managing process equipment and auxiliary systems projects from the design specification phase through commissioning and start-up, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational efficiency requirements.\nThis is a key position focused on delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications, while collaborating with multidisciplinary internal teams and external suppliers.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage process equipment and auxiliary systems engineering projects from design specification through commissioning and start-up.\n\nIndependently define technical requirements for equipment and installations.\n\nCoordinate and monitor activities, milestones, and deliverables from internal teams and external suppliers.\n\nEnsure compliance with GMP regulations, EU GMP Annex 1 requirements, and machinery safety directives.\n\nLead and coordinate:\nFAT (Factory Acceptance Tests)\n\nSAT (Site Acceptance Tests)\n\nEquipment installation and commissioning activities\n\nEquipment start-up and operational handover\n\nProvide support during equipment qualification and validation phases.\n\nOversee project planning, budget control, and overall project financial management.\n\nIdentify technical risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project execution.\n\nDrive initiatives focused on improving production efficiency, equipment reliability, and process performance.\n\nRequirements\nMust-Have\nMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, or in a similar role.\n\nProven experience within Compounding, Manufacturing, or Production environments.\n\nSolid knowledge and application of GMP standards and regulated industry requirements.\n\nExperience managing suppliers and industrial engineering projects.\n\nAbility to work autonomously while leading complex technical projects.\n\nHands-on experience with FAT, SAT, commissioning, and equipment start-up activities.\n\nEnglish proficiency B2 level (written and spoken).\n\nNice-to-Have\nKnowledge of EU GMP Annex 1 requirements.\n\nExperience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industries.\n\nFamiliarity with equipment qualification and validation processes.\n\nExperience in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.\n\nAdditional technical certifications relevant to project or process engineering.\n\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to join a strategic long-term project.\n\nDynamic and highly technological working environment.\n\nThe chance to lead impactful engineering projects with direct operational visibility.\n\nProfessional growth within a multidisciplinary and collaborative team.\n\nSchedule\n08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (flexible schedule)\n\nOn-site position\n\nConditions\nCompetitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.\n\nMeal voucher provided for office working days.\n\nFlexible compensation plan (free of income tax) where we provide you with medical insurance, public transport ticket and childcare check.\n\nAccess to discounted gym memberships through partner networks.\n\nExtensive training and professional development catalogue.\n\nIf you are passionate about process engineering and project management in regulated manufacturing environments, we would love to hear from you.
