This role combines solution architecture, AI governance, technical leadership, and hands-on implementation of enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions.\nYou will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful solutions that drive digital transformation across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement advanced Microsoft Copilot Studio agents leveraging Generative AI, custom actions, connectors, and Microsoft 365 integrations.\n\nDefine solution architectures for complex applications and multi-agent orchestration scenarios, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies, security, and scalability considerations.\n\nLead the governance of AI and Power Platform solutions, including DLP policies, licensing, environment strategy, ALM, monitoring, and Responsible AI guardrails.\n\nCollaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical architectures and solution specifications.\n\nEstablish and promote best practices, coding standards, design guidelines, and repeatable development processes.\n\nEvaluate and adopt new Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Power Platform capabilities.\n\nProvide third-level support, lead root-cause analysis, and resolve critical incidents and escalations.\n\nMentor junior developers, perform code and design reviews, and provide technical leadership across the team.\n\nCollaborate with software vendors and consulting partners when required.\n\nMust-Have Requirements\nExperience & Technical Skills\n2+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.\n\nProven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade Copilot Studio agents.\n\nStrong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent orchestration.\n\nHands-on experience with Power Platform and AI Governance, including DLP policies, environment strategy, licensing, and monitoring.\n\nExperience with ALM and CI/CD practices using Power Platform Pipelines and/or Azure DevOps.\n\nExperience building integrations through Custom Connectors, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and automation scripting with PowerShell.\n\nEnglish B2+ Level\n\nSoft Skills\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.\n\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nCustomer-focused mindset with strong professional service orientation.\n\nNice-to-Have Requirements\nAdvanced knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Responsible AI / AI Governance frameworks.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Automation, and application permissions management.\n\nKnowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.\n\nExperience within regulated environments, particularly the pharmaceutical industry, including CSV (Computer System Validation) and System Life Cycle methodologies.\n\nRelevant Microsoft certifications, such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, or AI-102.\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nSCHEDULE :\n08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)\n\nMinimum 2 days per week
