As a member of our Latin American team, you'll leverage your medical expertise to help us bring the next-generation resource to medical students and physicians.\nIn this role, you’ll use your medical background and regional knowledge to build meaningful connections, develop creative growth strategies, and bring high-quality medical learning resources to future and current physicians.\nYou’ll work closely with our Latin American team, including marketing, product, and institutional sales experts, to grow our presence, strengthen partnerships, and support initiatives that make a real difference for medical professionals in your region.\nYou will:\nShape Local Strategies: Design and execute tailored marketing and outreach plans.\n\nGrow Our Community: Drive user acquisition among medical students, doctors, and institutions.\n\nBuild Partnerships: Partner with medical associations, universities, and student groups to expand reach.\n\nLead Key Campaigns: Run regional campaigns, roadshows, events, and webinars.\n\nMeasure Impact: Track performance and share insights to optimize future strategies.\n\nYou bring:\nStrong communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills in Portuguese and English.\n\nResults orientation: Ability to adapt tactics using qualitative feedback and quantitative KPIs.\n\nCreativity: Innovative problem-solving to generate fresh ideas.\n\nExceptional copywriting: A talent for crafting clear, compelling text.\n\nMandatory Qualifications:\nLicensed medical doctor (physician) in Brazil;\n\nNative Portuguese speaker with fluent English;\n\nDeep knowledge of the Brazilian medical education system.\n\nYou enjoy:\nThinking like an entrepreneur, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and taking the lead on high-impact initiatives.\n\nOperating with honesty and authenticity, consistently building trust through open communication and transparency.\n\nFollowing your insatiable curiosity, constantly digging deeper, learning new things, and expanding your expertise.\n\nBringing high energy and grit, tackling tough challenges head-on to hit ambitious goals.\n\nWe believe that diversity is a powerful driver of innovation and progress.
