审核设计图纸及基坑、模板支架、防水、结构加固等专项施工方案; 结合机房荷载、机柜布局及预留预埋需求优化设计，规避结构返工、荷载不足、孔洞冲突等技术风险。负责土建、结构、装修专业方案评审。\n2. 负责土建结构专业甲方现场管理工作，统筹施工质量、进度、安全管控; 把控主体结构、钢结构、二次结构、设备基础、防水等核心工序，监督施工工艺与监理履职，落实隐患闭环整改; 统筹土建与机电、消防、智能化等专业交叉施工界面，核对预留预埋精度，规避工序冲突与结构二次破坏，保障各专业有序穿插施工。\n3. 负责土建、结构专业工程变更、现场洽商、签证及工程量核定，把控土建专业造价，保障项目投资合规可控。\n4. 负责土建专业隐蔽验收、分部分项验收及竣工验收，建立问题清单并闭环整改;
