You will work closely with Technology and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nConfigure and customize core ServiceNow applications, including IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), utilizing Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.\n\nAnalyze business requirements and user stories to deliver the simplest, most effective \"Out of the Box\" (OOTB) solutions, avoiding unnecessary customization or scope creep.\n\nAct as a reliable technical partner to the cross-functional teams, troubleshooting incidents, resolving platform bugs, and proactively creating documentation to support front-line agents.\n\nBuild and maintain the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure platform stability during upgrades and deployments.\n\nMaintain and troubleshoot platform integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) with third-party vendors and tools.\n\nActively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Peer Reviews) and proactively communicate project status, blockers, and technical findings.\n\nRequiredQualifications:\n1 - 2 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator or junior developer.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nSolid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data structures, and core ITSM modules.\n\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ATF.\n\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent collaborative skills with a service-oriented mindset.\n\nA positive, solution-oriented attitude toward learning new tools, technologies, and evolving processes.\n\nClear, concise, and professional communication skills (both written and verbal) for interacting with technical teams and stakeholders.\n\nAbility to take ownership of tasks, raise questions early when requirements are\n\nunclear, and actively participate in technical discussions.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n1-2 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform\n\nCertifications:\n\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly preferred \nProgress toward Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.\nThe expected salary range may vary for other locations.
