The role ensures that employees receive the required onboarding, job-specific, compliance, quality, safety, and skills training in accordance with operational needs, the Quality Management System (QMS), and applicable procedures. The position maintains accurate training records, coordinates annual and departmental training plans, and evaluates training effectiveness to support workforce competence and audit readiness.\nKey Responsibilities\nTraining administration: Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs for Blue Collar and Indirect Blue Collar employees, including job certification, refresher, cross-training, compliance, quality, safety, and skills-development activities.\nTraining planning: Develop, consolidate, and maintain the annual training plan based on competency requirements, departmental needs, production priorities, QMS requirements, audit findings, process changes, and identified skills gaps.\nTraining coordination: Schedule training sessions, arrange venues and materials, confirm trainers and participants, manage attendance, and communicate training schedules to employees, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders.\nQMS compliance: Administer training activities in accordance with the QMS, controlled procedures, work instructions, document-control requirements, and applicable regulatory or certification standards.\nTraining records: Maintain complete, accurate, and traceable training records, competency matrices, attendance records, assessments, certifications, and supporting evidence in the approved system or repository.\nTraining effectiveness: Coordinate and monitor training effectiveness evaluations through knowledge checks, practical assessments, supervisor observations, performance monitoring, quality indicators, or other approved methods.\nGap closure: Track overdue training, failed assessments, expired certifications, and competency gaps; coordinate retraining or corrective actions and follow through to closure.\nAudit readiness: Prepare training evidence and reports for internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits, and support the timely closure of training-related observations or non-conformities.\nReporting: Monitor and report training completion, compliance, effectiveness, overdue items, competency status, and other agreed learning metrics.\nContinuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve training administration, learning accessibility, record accuracy, standardisation, and the effectiveness of training processes for the target employee groups.\nEmployee support: Provide clear guidance to employees and supervisors on training requirements, schedules, assessments, and certification status, using practical and accessible communication.\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business Administration, Operations, IT or any related field.\nRelevant experience in training administration, learning coordination, or a similar role in a manufacturing or regulated environment.\nPractical knowledge of QMS processes, training controls, document control, competency requirements, and audit evidence.\nExperience supporting Blue Collar and Indirect Blue Collar employee populations is strongly preferred.\nExperience maintaining training matrices, learning records, certification status, and compliance reports.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with a Learning Management System, HR system, or electronic QMS is an advantage.\nKnowledge and Competencies\nStrong planning, coordination, and administrative discipline.\nGood understanding of adult learning principles and practical workplace training.\nHigh attention to detail, data accuracy, confidentiality, and record traceability.\nWorking knowledge of QMS requirements.\nStrong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.\nClear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain requirements to employees at different literacy and skill levels.\nAnalytical ability to interpret completion data, assessment results, quality trends, and competency gaps.\nContinuous-improvement mindset, with a practical and service-oriented approach\nAmbu - a visionary and international workplace where yourefforts matter\nAmbu is a company that expands rapidly and has ambitious growthtargets.
