In the job as Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to actively support the organization by meeting ensuring that our manufacturing site runs as needed to have the growth expected of the products we make in Mexico, excel in your own daily tasks and responsibilities, and experience a very varied working day in a dynamic.\nObjective:\nThe Process Engineer provide engineering support for testing, production-pilot, transfer, installation, validation, start up, stabilization and documentation of new products and equipment integration into manufacturing sites.\nResponsibilities and Essential Functions:\nAssess shop capacity and make recommendations to increase capacity to meet business\ndemands.\nIdentify & implement shop floor process improvements that increase output and reduce\noverall costs.\nAssist MFG team in developing new product validation program and assure compliance to\nreduce the launch time.\nPerform walkthroughs, inspections, product evaluation and testing as needed.\nConduct Engineering test evaluations such are: GR&R, SVs, Test Method, Criticality.\nAbility to understand and utilize assembly documentation such as but not limited to the\nfollowing: Schematics, BOM's, Visuals, Debug, Testing tools and procedures.\nProvide clear direction and training for production associates.\nAdvise on scheduling and staffing needs.\nProvides guidance, training, and leadership to new technicians or clerks.\nResponsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local\nand Company regulations, policies, and procedures.\nDemonstrated success in working across functions, organizations, and all levels of\nmanagement.\nAchieving results through other team members and suppliers. Drive for action and quality\nfocused.\nMust be a highly motivated, proactive, self-directed worker.\nQualifications / Education:\nAn Associates of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar or equivalent\ncombination of education and experience.\n1-3 years of experience or equivalent knowledge and skills to perform the position responsibilities.\nExperience in the medical device industry or medical field.\nExperience in GR&R, SVs, Eng.
