The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Documentation & Reporting\nPrepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, project plans, and status reports.\n\nAssist in the development and formatting of business cases, presentations, and decision documents.\n\nEnsure all project files are up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.\n\nProject Coordination & Scheduling\nSupport the Project Manager in planning and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\n\nCoordinate meetings, workshops, and reviews with internal teams and external suppliers.\n\nFollow up on action items and ensure timely completion by responsible parties.\n\nCross-Functional Support\nLiaise with mold engineering, process engineering, quality, procurement, production, and finance teams to gather information and track progress.\n\nAssist in coordinating mold development, process validation, and transfer activities.\n\nHelp identify and escalate project risks or delays to the Project Manager.\n\nSupplier & Stakeholder Communication\nSupport communication with external suppliers during the transition period.\n\nHelp prepare and distribute project updates to stakeholders, including cross-border teams.\n\nMaintain clear and professional communication in both English and Chinese.\n\nData Tracking & Analysis\nAssist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost savings, transfer timelines, and quality metrics.\n\nSupport cost analysis and data collection for insourcing candidates.\n\nHelp maintain dashboards and tracking tools for project performance.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related field) would be preferred.\n\n1-3 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing, procurement, or related areas.\n\nFamiliarity with injection molding processes, mold design, or tooling is a plus.\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\n\nExcellent command of English (written and spoken);
