Our focus is on bringing products to market based on a strong understanding of customer needs while developing innovative products and production processes.\nAs Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating and implementing new and existing product lines. The role requires strong project leadership, technical and business understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, locations and external partners.\nKey responsibilities\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nDevelop, coordinate and execute project plans for new product and product line development in accordance with New Product Development projects.\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with project management, sponsors and key stakeholders.\nPlan and manage project timelines, milestones, resources, risks and dependencies using appropriate project management tools.\nEnsure the right competencies and resources are available throughout the different phases of the project.\nPrepare investment applications and ensure projects are managed within the approved budget.\nMonitor project progress and proactively address issues, risks and changes.\nLead and coordinate project meetings and ensure effective collaboration across global project teams and third-party suppliers.\nEnsure project status, risks and issues are clearly communicated and escalated when needed.\nApply project management best practices and continuously improve ways of working based on learnings from projects.\nEnsure project activities and documentation comply with Ambu’s Quality Management System and applicable regulatory requirements.\nSuggested candidate profile\nSkills and experience can be gained in many different ways, and we recognize that the right candidate cannot be defined by a checklist alone.
