If you are from medical device industry with experience in any R&D function, this position would be suitable for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct laboratory testing and validation activities to ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant results supporting product safety and performance.\nSupport Product Engineering projects through laboratory verification, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.\nManage calibration, preventive maintenance, and qualification of laboratory equipment, including Installation Qualification (IQ) activities.\nDevelop and maintain validation protocols, reports, and technical documentation in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.\nAnalyze test and validation data, perform root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to improve equipment and process performance.\nSupport R&D procurement, logistics, inventory management, and laboratory administrative activities.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nSupport test method validation and Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects.\nMentor and guide R&D Laboratory interns.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, verification, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSuggested candidate profile\nSkills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we can understand that the best ft for the role cannot be prescibbed on paper.
