If you have hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and are eager to take your career to the next level in a high-impact medical device industry, we’d love to hear from you!\nKey responsibilities\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nLead and manage the Process Engineering team, including development, performance management, and resource planning\nDrive manufacturing process improvements, yield enhancement, productivity, cost reduction, and capacity optimization initiatives\nLead process changes, and technical problem-solving activities\nSupport new product introduction (NPI), technology transfer, and manufacturing readiness activities\nCollaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory functions to ensure compliant and efficient manufacturing processes\nSupport audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance activities related to manufacturing processes\nSuggested candidate profile\nSkills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper.
