# Data Scientist/AI Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Data Scientist / AI Engineer to build machine learning models and AI-powered solutions for business-critical use cases. This role combines the end-to-end modeling lifecycle-from data extraction, feature engineering, and model evaluation to retraining and real-time deployment-with the design and development of production-ready LLM applications, including RAG systems and multi-agent architectures. The ideal candidate can diagnose model performance issues, select the right approach for each problem, and lead initiatives from research and scope definition through delivery, collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams across the US and India. What we'd like to see in a candidate: Strong Python and SQL, with solid hands-on use of the ML ecosystem (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM or similar). Proven experience taking ML models to production, including real-time or low-latency inference. Experience handling model drift and iterating on models already in production.
