The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.\nWe are currently seeking a Account Executive to join ourCommercial Sales & Revenue Operations team in our Santa Monica, CA location orSan Francisco.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nStrategic Client Development & Revenue Growth\nDevelop and execute growth strategies across an assigned portfolio of agencies and advertisers.\nIdentify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.\nBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across agencies, brands, and programmatic buying organizations.\nServe as a strategic advisor to clients, providing marketplace insights, category intelligence, and solutions-oriented recommendations.\nCross-Platform Video & Programmatic Sales\nDrive revenue across AMC Global Media’s full portfolio - including Linear TV, Streaming, CTV, Digital, Addressable, Data-Driven Advertising, and Programmatic solutions.\nDevelop integrated sales strategies that leverage AMC Networks' premium content, audiences, data capabilities, integrations/marketing partnerships, and advertising products.\nPartner with programmatic, digital, and sales planning teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to grow private marketplace (PMP), programmatic guaranteed, audience-based, and data-enabled partnerships.\nConsultative Selling & Marketplace Leadership\nDeliver compelling client presentations that effectively communicate AMC Global Media's content, audience value, advertising solutions, integrated marketing, research, and measurement capabilities.\nMaintain a strong understanding of the evolving media landscape, including CTV, streaming, audience-based buying, programmatic technologies, and measurement trends.\nAct as a trusted consultant to clients by aligning solutions with business, marketing, and media objectives.\nLeverage consumer insights, performance data, and marketplace trends to develop strategic recommendations.\nCollaboration & Business Management\nPartner closely with Sales Planning, Research, Integrated Marketing, Programmatic Sales, Pricing, and Ad Operations teams to deliver best-in-class client experiences.\nMaintain an active and accurate sales pipeline, forecasting revenue opportunities, and tracking account performance.\nProvide regular updates and strategic account insights to sales leadership.\nUphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and client stewardship.\n QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)\nRequired Skills & Experience\nDemonstrated success developing and growing advertising partnerships in a consultative sales environment.\nStrong understanding of today's video advertising ecosystem, including Linear TV, CTV, Streaming, Digital Video, and Programmatic.\nExperience creating and executing strategic account growth plans that generate measurable revenue results.\nAbility to establish credibility with senior agency and client stakeholders, and lead business conversations at multiple levels within an organization.\nStrong presentation, storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.\nExperience managing complex sales cycles and collaborating across internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nProficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management best practices.\nPreferred Experience\n5+ years experience selling premium video, streaming, digital media, advertising technology, data-driven marketing solutions, or programmatic media.\nFamiliarity with programmatic buying ecosystems, including PMPs, DSPs, audience-based buying, and measurement solutions.\nEstablished relationships within agencies, brands, and advertising technology partners.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, evolving media environment.\nThe base compensation for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience.
