The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.\nWe are currently seeking a Events Coordinator to join ourMarketing Production & Operations team in our New York, NY location.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWork across all AMC Global Media networks supporting production and event initiatives for consumer activations, client hospitality events, internal events/conferences, premieres/award events and festivals \nSupport the Events team in the planning, coordination, and execution of event logistics and overall event management \nManage event administrative processes, including invitation tracking, RSVP management, attendee communications, guest lists, seating allocations, registration reporting, event decks and executive briefings \nTrack and coordinate creative deliverables across multiple stakeholders, including briefing, approvals, revisions, and final asset distribution \nSupport budget administration by processing invoices, tracking expenses, maintaining documentation, and assisting with reconciliation \nMaintain organized event documentation, contact databases, venue information, production schedules, and event archives \nAssist with shipping logistics, credential management, and other operational event needs \nStay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging event concepts to drive innovation \nQUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)\nBachelor's degree \n1 year experience in event production, hospitality, live events, corporate events, or a related field \nHighly motivated and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively \nProven ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and composure when working with executives, clients, talent, and key stakeholders while delivering premium guest experience \nUpbeat, can-do, proactive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure \nAdaptable, flexible, and solution-oriented in an environment of constant change \nStrong self-management skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently \nExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments \nMust be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends based on event schedules, and be able to travel on short notice \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel \nPosition is based in NYC Headquarters \nThe base compensation for this position is $50,000 - $57,000 commensurate with experience.
