The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.\nWe are currently seeking aSales Assistant to join ourCommercial Sales & Revenue Operations team in our New York, NY location.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nManaging booked business and key accounts \nDeveloping strong relationships with agency assistants and buyers \nSupporting Account Directors on all aspects of deal management \nPreparing all order letters in order to enter deals into the respective systems Sending out traffic instructions and track down tapes \nMaintaining outlists and cut-off times for their respective Account Directors. \nSending flowcharts and log times to agencies \nResolving discrepancies with agency assistants/buyers and negotiating makegoods. \nEntering sales plans into WideOrbit. \nProcessing allocations, flighting and move requests. \nQUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)\nBachelor's degree \n0-2 Years relevant experience \nPrevious position in sales environment or internship experience a plus \nMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc) \nStrong written, oral, and communication skills \nThe base compensation for this position is $47,500 commensurate with experience.
