By restoring the capability of our antiquated supply chains, we increase the country’s capacity to imagine and realize new systems, and make a physical world that looks very different from today.\nOverview:\nAmca is looking for sharp, high-energy interns to join our Business Operations team. You will work directly on the workflows that keep Amca's pipeline moving - supporting business development, tracking opportunities, and helping execute on new growth. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role where your work will have direct impact on the company's growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with program management, engineering, and production teams to help identify and execute new business opportunities.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport Amca's business development and pipeline management processes, including opportunity identification, bid preparation, and follow-through\nTrack and manage active opportunities across Amca's target markets\nCoordinate with internal teams to gather technical and programmatic inputs needed to pursue new business\nAssist with research and analysis to support business development and program management decisions\nHelp maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, bids, and outcomes\nContribute to process improvements that increase the speed and quality of Amca's business operations workflows\nBasic Qualifications:\nCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate degree program\nBackground or coursework in one or more of the following: Business, Finance, Political Science, Law, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a closely related field\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nDemonstrated track record of high performance in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under deadline pressure\nComfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership\nPrior exposure to defense acquisition, government contracting, or DoD procurement processes\nPrior experience in aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing\nHourly Pay Range\n$30—$50 USD\nThis position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
