This role combines strategic planning, commercial performance monitoring, and marketing execution to support sustainable business growth.\nThe ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and experienced in developing data-driven marketing strategies. You will work closely with Business Units and Sector Teams to monitor business performance, optimize marketing initiatives, and identify growth opportunities.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.\n 7+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, Strategy, or related functions.\nStrong experience in both strategic marketing and commercial performance management.\nExcellent command of English (written and spoken).\nExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nExperience with BI and reporting tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau and managing CRM programs is a plus.\nResponsibilities\nGrowth & Business Performance\nTrack, analyze, and report sales, revenue, and industry, client, business performance.\nMonitor and report business KPIs through dashboards and executive management reports.\nConduct client portfolio analysis, industry research, and market segmentation to identify growth opportunities.\nSupport account planning and targeting strategies in collaboration with Sectors and Business Units.\nIdentify business risks and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.\nMarketing Strategy & Execution\nDevelop and implement integrated marketing plans to support business growth.\nPlan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.\nTrack marketing activities and measure campaign effectiveness using performance metrics.\nAnalyze client behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.\nManage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).\nProject & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the PMO for growth initiatives across Business Units and Sector Teams.\nCoordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.\nFacilitate communication between Business Units.\nPrepare executive presentations and business reviews for
