local,\nEstablishing a training schedule and calendar, in coordination with the relevant departments,\nBuilding annual training catalogue, preparing training calendar in line with it and keep up to date,\nImproving existing training programs according to the recent training evaluation results,\nOrganizing technical & compulsory (e.g. occupational health and safety trainings) trainings,\nEntering all training records to relevant systems,\nFollowing up and updating training data and preparing reports,\nDeveloping assessment tools for measuring the results of training and development programs,\nSearching for third party training companies for external trainings and conducting all delivery process,\nMonitoring the training programs and taking actions when necessary,\nTaking an
