and applications.\n\nProvide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders.\n\nIdentify and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner.\n\nAssist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.\n\nWork with development and operations teams to implement process improvements.\n\nMaintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.\n\nSupport incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.\n\nStand by support.\n\nYour Profile:\n\nBachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.\n\nExcellent communication skills.\n\nFamiliarity with the Linux OS.\n\nAccuracy and attention to detail.\n\nUnderstanding of web technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTPS/SSL, SMTP, DNS etc.\n\nExperience with SQL databases.\n\nWritten and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nAbility to travel abroad.\n\nFulfilled military obligations.\n\nSoft Skills:\n\nExperience with
