Responsibilities\n\nSupport the day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities of the company.\n\nRequest, collect, and evaluate quotations from suppliers.\n\nPrepare and process purchase purchasing requirements.\n\nMonitor pending orders and resolve delivery or documentation issues.\n\nMaintain procurement records, purchase documentation, and related files.\n\nSupport negotiations with suppliers regarding prices and commercial terms.\n\nAssist with invoice and purchase order verification in cooperation with the Accounting Department.\n\nMonitor stock requirements and support replenishment activities where required.\n\nContribute to identifying new suppliers and alternative sourcing options.\n\nEnsure compliance with the company’s procurement procedures and approval processes.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n1–3 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or a related position.\n\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken.\n\nExcellent computer skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.\n\nExperience with ERP systems will be considered an asset.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\n\nGood communication and negotiation skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.\n\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving mindset.\n\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nPrevious experience working with international suppliers.\n\nFamiliarity with procurement procedures, purchase orders, quotations, and supplier evaluation.\n\nExperience in a technical, industrial, engineering, electronics, or technology-oriented company will be considered an
