The critical responsibilities of this role are as follows:\nThe timely and accurate disbursement of all RPSNA payments, including several corporate entities.\nDaily and Monthly reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts\nCo-administrator for the Concur and AppZen reimbursement platforms.\nAdministrative duties related to the ePayables and Coworker credit card programs.\nOnline Banking platforms - Daily wire and manual ACH entry, weekly positive pay activity \nAssist with special project activities including working capital initiatives, BI Dashboards and KPI Reporting, business improvement projects, etc. \nEssential Responsibilities and Duties:\nDisbursement Activities\nResponsible for weekly disbursements of properly authorized and recorded payables activity for several legal entities. All methods - Checks, ACH, SCF programs, Wires and Virtual Card payments.\nAssist with Monthly reconciliation of all payment activity within the SAP platform.\nDaily tracking of all payment activity within shared work files.\nDaily setup of wires and manual ACH’s within online banking platform.\nTransmittal of Positive Pay files and tracking of outstanding checks\nMonthly reporting of voided checks by company including all supporting documentation.\nEnforce all corporate policies to safeguard against potential fraud or duplicate payments.\nWork with other departments such as Procurement, Master Data, and Plant personnel to resolve issues preventing the payment of invoices.\nBanking and Program Administration\nCo-administrator for the Concur reimbursement platform, including training, reporting and problem resolution. \nResponsible for new employee setup within Concur and month accrual activity\nAudit employee expenditures for accuracy and fraud prevention, manual and leveraging of AppZen program.\nAdministrator for the Bank of America employee and vendor virtual card programs.
