If necessary, improve part containment.\nAssist with preventive maintenance tasks.\nAuthorities\nLOTO certified\nArc Flash certified\nAutomation equipment installation\nJDE work order entry\nReview molding memos to ensure automation equipment is set up and available for upcoming mold changes.\nQualifications\nHigh School diploma / GED equivalent.\nStrong organizational skills.\nWillingness to enter the apprenticeship program as openings develop.\nAble to use basic tools. (screw drivers, allen wrenches, sockets, combination wrenches, hammer, etc.)\nAbility to push/pull loads as part of a team.\nAble to work independently and with others.\nDependable and motivated\nAbility to safely operate a forklift in high traffic, low clearance areas while not posing a safety risk to others.\nAble to climb ladders safely.\nAble to work overhead or in awkward positions on a frequent basis.\nAbility to work safely on elevated surfaces.\nAbility to lift 50 pounds; 20 pounds over shoulder height.\nAble to stand/walk for long periods of time.\nHearing sufficient to recognize and respond to verbal warnings, alarms, and horns on forklifts.\nVerbal communication adequate to use a radio and or paging system to contact other co-workers in the other areas of the complex.\nFlexibility to stay over or come in early to meet department objectives.\nOur Expectations\nWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
