This role is also expected to establish and maintain an engaged team culture of high performance, quality, and continuous improvement.\nWHAT YOU GET TO DO\nPartner with Customer Planning & Service (CP&S) Director in strategic planning and execution of AFNA, Supply Chain, & Business Unit priorities and objectives\nEnsure inventory and service targets are met by proactively supporting production planning processes and optimizing inventory\nPrepare content and lead business sessions and presentations with stakeholders demonstrating strong business acumen and executive presence\nProvide strategic insight by identifying and implementing processes that improve lead-times, cost and service by continuously monitoring and analyzing the flow of goods through Amcor complex system of inventories and production asset base\nWork closely with CP&S peers, sales, plants, IT, and marketing to drive continuous improvement and create solutions that enables service excellence to our customers\nBuild organizational capability through recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
