And we invest in our world-class team, empowering our colleagues to unpack their potential, because we believe when our people grow, so does our business.\nTo learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit www.amcor.com I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTube\nJob Description\nResponsibilities:\nAssist with recruiting by working with applicant screening, calendar entries, background checks, reference checks, offer letters, and relocation, as applicable\n\nAssist with the new hire orientation process\n\nCoordinate post-offer testing and background checks\n\nAssist with benefit enrollment meetings and preparation of enrollment material\n\nPrepare wage, position, and level change documents for approval\n\nMaintain documentation and tracking of employee disciplinary steps\n\nUpdate the HR communication television system weekly with supplied content\n\nUpdate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with new hires; off-board terminated employees; update current employee HRIS information\n\nAssist and motivate with completion of ‘Berry University’ Courses\n\nOrganize HR department records and maintaining employee files\n\nAssist internal customers on various employment questions\n\nPrepare weekly and monthly HR reports\n\nMaintain and update points in attendance log through HRIS system\n\nAssist with payroll as needed\n\nOrder quarterly recognition items when contacted by corporate\n\nHR Administer security badges, and send notification of all personnel changes\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications:\nExceptional communication and organization skills\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience, is required\n\nProficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required. Previous experience using HRIS software is preferred\n\nMust be detail-oriented and able to complete tasks in a timely manner\n\nWorking knowledge of labor laws and requirements preferred\n\nAbility to work with confidential information\n\nTwo-to-four years of experience in Human Resources preferred\n\nPHR/SHRM certification a plus\n\nThe starting salary for this position is expected to be between $60,000 to $70,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
