LOTO, safe work permits).\n\nMaintain an organized, clean, & high performance work station.\n\nAccurately complete required paperwork such as logging time, parts and problems and predictive maintenance worksheets.\n\nPerform repairs, preventative and predictive maintenance of equipment and facilities demonstrating both mechanical and electrical knowledge as it relates to hydraulic, pneumatic schematics, control systems, general electric equipment, power distribution, power supply, drives, ac/dc motors, computer & PLC hardware.\n\nPerform non-critical plumbing, cutting, brazing & welding\n\nRestock machine/equipment/facility parts, accessories and hardware\n\nCollect universal waste (fluorescent light bulbs, batteries)\n\nPrepare used oil for disposal and transportation to Hazardous Waste area\n\nTroubleshoot and correct problems affecting safety, waste, quality and throughput\n\nWork at heights to perform building maintenance as required\n\nLead/Participate in WCOM Continuous Improvement Teams as required\n\nWhat We Want From You: Lead the Pack\nPreferred qualifications:\nMust actively support and participate in maintenance activities as it relates to scheduled manufacturing and organized maintenance days.\n\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent with Military/Trade/Technical/Vocational training\n\n5 to 7 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing facility encompassing the following: Electrical Fundamentals, Motors & Controls, Measurement Devices, PLC Hardware, Mechanical Fundamentals, Power Transmission, Pneumatic Components and Hydraulic Components.\n\nWhat We Value:\nOur Core Values guide us: Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Results, and Outperformance.\nPhysical Requirements:\nLift up to 50 lbs.\n\nStand for long periods (steel-toed shoes required)\n\nPerform climbing, crouching, and reaching\n\nWorking at heights (climbing ladders)\n\nReasonable accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis\n\nWhy Amcor?\nBe part of a global leader while working in a team-driven environment at our Edgewood facility.
