(i.e. ear plugs, hairnet, beard net, arm sleeves for tote packing, and safety glasses.)\nMonitor and ensure quality\nComplete the corresponding paperwork for each order.\nReview work order routing notes for customer required packaging instructions. \nCommunicate with operators taking over your machine any quality issues you have encountered throughout the shift or customer specifications on the current order.\nMaintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.\nNotify Lead person, Assistant Group Leader, or Group Leader if there are any questions concerning the quality of parts being produced.\nRemove rolled material from extruder unwind.\nPack finished product in all departments. \nPlace completed boxes on skids.\nFill/ load machines with WIP. (i.e.: blanks, bottom stock).\nStock and clean supply area with tape, bags, stretch wrap, etc...\nAssist lead person and other inspector operators in their section.\nMaintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements.\nStart and stop equipment.\nMust be able to pack and/or load up to three cup formers or two die cutters at a time. \nAny other duties required by the leadership team.\nQualifications and Experience:\nHigh school diploma / GED equivalent and have the ability to calculate parts requirements.\nStrong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.\nAble to stand/walk for 10 plus hours of a 12-hour shift.\nMinimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs.\nVisual acuity of at least 20/50 for distance and minimal near vision ability read 10 - 12-point print at a distance of 12 - 18 inches\nOur Expectations\nWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
