This role works with global business partners to understand requirements, configure systems, develop test plans and execute testing.\nThis positions offers flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.\nWHAT YOU GET TO DO\nPartner with various IT stakeholders and business functions to expand business knowledge and increase functional expertise \nTranslate business requirements into IT solution designs for small to medium complexity enhancements and projects \nPartner with peers and technical team to establish to-be solution alternatives with recommendation and participate on the best approach to pilot and deploy solutions \nWrite functional requirements, complete configuration or coordinate development, develop test plans and scripts, conduct component and integration testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing \nParticipate with data conversion, data validation efforts, cut over activities, and post go live support for system implementations \nWork with development resources to confirm the requirement is being met while evaluating the effectiveness of the solution and makes necessary adjustments before full deployment \nManage the delivery of small to medium enhancements or projects effectively applying the Amcor Project Management Methodology with accountability for milestones while engaging and leading appropriate Project Team Members (IT and Business) \nEnsure architected solutions meets scalability, availability & meets service level agreements in production \nCreate and maintain documentation of the existing and future functions included into the R&D Technical Specification solutions \nAdhere to Amcor change control and SDLC processes \nTroubleshoot and resolve incidents (Level 1-2) and requests per service level agreements utilizing the ServiceNow ticket platform adhering to SLAs \nDocument and follow Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) and publish accordingly \nProvide key-user or end-user training and guidance through the implementation of R&D application changes \nRole may include 5%-10% travel \nSupports R&D application templates across Amcor global locations \n60+ plants worldwide across three global regions \nSupports global customers for application design, development, and suppopport\nWHAT WE WANT FROM YOU\nBachelor’s degree preferred in computer science, management information systems, business or a related field or equivalent experience \n0-4+ years of work experience in IT, including Software Development (SDLC) and Project Management experience \nFluent English.
