And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience.\nMust have excellent attendance.\nMust have good housekeeping skills.\nMust have the proven ability to operate all production machines in the department.\nCapable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting (up to 35 pounds).\nCapable of visual acuity to include distinguishing color variation and detecting defects.\nAble to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms.\nAble to perform all job duties in a safe and effective manner.\nThe starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be $18.70; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience between $18.70 and $19.70.\nThe salary range provided reflects the anticipated starting salary base pay for this role at the time of this posting and does not necessarily reflect full earning potential over the course of employment. This range is applicable to positions performed in jurisdictions with pay transparency requirements, including CA, CO, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA, Washington DC, as well as remote roles that may be performed in these locations. Compensation for roles performed outside of these jurisdictions may vary.
