This also includes the production, quality, scrap, housekeeping and safety results generated on the shift, as well as, the conduct and morale of all associates.\nEssential Jobs and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nMaintains a team environment with co-workers to work together in the most efficient manner by embracing innovative change effectively, as well as mitigating team conflict and communication problems.\nAddresses inquiries and resolves problems by using appropriate resources / other departments to achieve results/answers.\nMonitor, track, and analyze production efficiencies in Maintenance Dept.\nComplete on time each month Maintenance PM's.\nDevelop, coordinate and lead \"daily safety talks\" and one-point lesson training and awareness programs throughout the organization as defined by regulations, policies and/or incident trends.\nFill in for Maintenance Techs as needed to cover breaks, vacations, unexpected absences, etc.\nFlexible to work any shift and overtime to complete other work assignments as needed.\nComplete attendance paperwork and approve time in Kronos.\nConduct accident investigations and follow up with corrective actions.\nAchieve results by the leadership of others, coordinating activities, and teamwork.\nTrain department members on job skills and procedures.\nConduct safety inspections of equipment prior to use.\nDocument new/altered equipment safety checks, risk assessments, or other change control documentation, as required.\nEvaluate Equipment / Processes for continuous improvement.\nWithin the confines of the job, ensure the safe operation of all equipment prior to turning it back over to manufacturing. \nPerform all activities safely, including the use of LOTO as required by company policy. \nSupport other departments and department managers Must follow and comply with Safety Absolutes.\nDevelop department flexibility through cross training.\nManage projects as needed.\nMust follow and comply with Quality Absolutes.\nMust follow all regulatory laws and guidelines.\nAny other tasks as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent required. \nThree to five years related experience with three years in supervision preferred.\nHighly motivated, self-directed work ethic with excellent interpersonal, communication, written and leadership skills.\nPresents a professional attitude and handles confidential information according to non-disclosure guidelines.\nMust read, write, and speak English.\nAbility to work in a high paced and multi-task environment.\nPresent a positive and professional attitude at all times.\nDemonstrates organizational skills, is very detail oriented, and can effectively prioritize time.\nDemonstrated capacity to work with computer applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other critical programs.\nIs able to adapt to changes in the work environment.\nAble to define problems and seek out appropriate help for resolution.\nStrong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.\nCapable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting,
