You will also support in machine operation as needed on a regular basis.\nCOMPENSATION\nStarting at $30-$38/hour based on skill set with 1.5x pay on Sundays!\nSCHEDULE OPTIONS\n 2-2-3 Schedule (Straight Nights)\n 2-2-3 Schedule (Straight Days)\nBENEFITS: Start day one of employment!\nHealth & Wellness: Health Insurance, Pharmacy Coverage, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Supplemental Life Insurance & Dependent Life Insurance, Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage, Confidential Employee Assistance Program, Wellness Rewards Program\nRetirement: 8% $1 for $1 401(k) match\nTraining & Education: Tuition Reimbursement\nWHAT YOU GET TO DO\nActs as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.\nPerforms necessary repairs on equipment\nTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.\nInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment.\nPerform routine maintenance and inspections.\nSign off on all machine operating and assisting tasks\nPerform daily production operations (70% of role), including running equipment, assisting on equipment, monitoring line performance, and supporting operators to ensure consistent output and quality.\nProvide maintenance support (30% of role) by troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs, and assisting with preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.\nCreates and understands the work order process using SAP.\nProblem solves issues concerning equipment operation and manufacturing processes where these relate to maximizing output.\nInvolvement in developmental project work including working with R&D, manufacturing and outside equipment and parts vendors.\nFunctions as part of the technical resources for the on-site staff.\nKnowledge of procedures, work instructions and associated forms as required by the Key Area Leader.\nWHAT WE VALUE\nGood communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal\nExperience with shop tools\nUnderstand Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems\nTroubleshoot PLC’s (Siemens and Beckhoff)\nWHAT WE WANT FROM YOU\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance\nValid electrician's license or certification preferred.\nKnowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment.\nPLC troubleshooting experience.\nPrevious experience in an industrial setting working with machine processes, schedules and a variety of individuals involved in the manufacturing environment necessary.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.\nAbility to assist operators as needed\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nOur Expectations\nWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
