This includes, but not limited to, Injection molding machines, IML Automation equipment, assembly lines, auxilliary equipment, and facility support systems. Maintenance Technicians must be able to work on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Maintenance Technicians are also responsible for performing all preventative maintenance tasks.\nResponsibilities will include: (but not limited to the following):\nInstallation, repair and preventive maintenance of all operating equipment, fix equipment and support equipment as assigned\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and or program issues with Molding, and all support equipment\nInstall machines electrical, plumbing and interface with all other systems\nCome up with solutions to issues and ways to improve machines\nMIG & TIG welding\nFabricating skills\nPrint reading (schematics) capabilities\nUnderstanding of PLC and RS Logic to test equipment and/or make adjustments\nPerforms daily PM’s and maintains the proper paperwork\nComplies with safety regulations and established lean manufacturing principles \nWorks with other mechanics, engineering and manufacturing to work on continuous improvement projects\nProvide general facilities maintenance\nFollow applicable food safety and cGMP policies\nQualifications:\n5-7 years manufacturing maintenance experience preferred\nEffective written and oral communication skills\nAbility to work under limited supervision\nKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and welding is beneficial\nAdvanced technical training or applied experience with hydraulics, industrial electricity, electronics, and control systems preferred\nAdditional training may be required to retain position\nComputer experience preferred\nGood attendance required\nSign-on bonus up to $1000.00\nNight shift- 12 hours\nGreat Pay - Up to $40.00/hour- based on experience\n2 weeks vacation in the first year\nIncentive Bonuses\n$40/wk Perfect Attendance Bonus\nReferral Bonus up to $1500.00\nGreat Benefit Package\nCompany paid life insurance\n401(k) retirement plan with a company match\nEducational reimbursement\nOur Expectations\nWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
