This role is all about helping people succeed by building, delivering, and maintaining effective training programs that support safety, quality, and operational excellence.\nWhat You'll D o\nChampion a culture of safety by promoting safe work practices and supporting compliance with company and plant safety programs.\nPartner with department leaders to develop individualized training plans that help hourly team members grow and succeed.\nCapture and document equipment and OEM knowledge, helping preserve expertise and support knowledge transfer across the organization.\nMaintain accurate training records and employee training profiles for all colleagues.\nProvide technical training expertise and support the development of on-the-job training (OJT) and Train-the-Trainer programs.\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives while actively participating in high-performing, cross-functional teams.\nAdminister the Learning Management System (LMS), including training record management, data entry, reporting, and tracking training completion.\nDevelop, write, and implement training procedures, work instructions, and training materials, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve training processes.\nCoordinate new hire onboarding, training schedules, assessments, and evaluations.\nEstablish and maintain training requirements and qualification standards for roles across the plant, including areas such as safety, GMP, 5S, operations, inspection, and testing.\nVerify that training requirements and qualification standards have been successfully met, including proficiency assessments when needed.\nDeliver engaging classroom and hands-on training to both new and existing employees, while monitoring progress and providing coaching as needed.\nSupport and lead continuous improvement projects that enhance employee capability and operational performance.\nFacilitate additional training programs and learning opportunities based on business needs.\nWhat Makes You Successfu l\nYou're self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn while helping others develop their skills.\nYou have strong attention to detail and take pride in creating accurate, well-organized documentation.\nYou enjoy working with people and have a passion for coaching, teaching, and developing talent.\nYou can manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nYou're comfortable communicating with employees at all levels of the organization.\nYou work well independently while also being a collaborative and supportive team player.\nYou bring a continuous improvement mindset and look for ways to make processes better.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n2+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related role.\nExperience creating, documenting, and facilitating training programs, manuals, or instructional materials.\nSolid organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills.\nPreferred:\nExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, creating structure, and making a meaningful impact on employee growth and operational success.\nOur Expectations\nWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor’s Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.\n\nThe salary range provided reflects the anticipated starting salary base pay for this role at the time of this posting and does not necessarily reflect full earning potential over the course of employment.
