This role helps maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support safe and efficient plant operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nAct as a safety leader and follow all plant and department safety procedures\nWear required personal protective equipment and appropriately escalate safety concerns\nPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues\nWork with Maintenance Planning to identify and address equipment issues discovered during inspections\nManage and maintain preventive maintenance backlogs within established targets\nMaintain facility auxiliary systems including water systems, air compressors, air dryers, and related equipment\nReview and approve newly created preventive maintenance tasks\nDocument findings and communicate equipment concerns through work order systems\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned\nMust Have\nWorking knowledge of industrial equipment and preventive maintenance techniques\nMechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills\nExperience using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments\nAbility to inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment issues\nAbility to read and follow maintenance procedures and technical documentation\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to communicate effectively with production and maintenance teams\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlines\nCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement\nPreferred\nExperience performing preventive maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment\nExperience maintaining facility utility systems\nExperience developing or improving preventive maintenance procedures\nExperience training or mentoring maintenance personnel\nJoin Amcor\nJoin a team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement while helping maximize equipment performance and plant uptime in Oshkosh.\nOur Expectations\nWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
