This position focuses on cost reduction, productivity, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights. Success in this role requires initiative, independence, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, along with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.\nAs a Procurement Business Intelligence Analyst I, you will design and develop reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations, while working with data warehouses, integration processes, and data modeling to inform business decisions. You will leverage data to uncover insights that drive opportunities and maintain strong partnerships across the organization to provide exceptional support.\nPrincipal Accountabilities\nSystem Support & Optimization\nManage and enhance procurement-related business systems, including Power BI,\nTableau, JDE, Logility, and Cognos.\nImplement software improvements, new functionality, and process efficiencies to\nincrease accuracy and reduce cycle time.\nData Visualization & Insights\nDesign and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that deliver\nactionable insights for procurement leadership.\nTranslate business requirements into effective visualizations using Power BI.\nDevelop and integrate Power BI solutions within existing architecture.\nConfigure and maintain Power BI environments and troubleshoot BI application issues.\nData Integrity & Maintenance\nEnsure accuracy and reliability of data across systems.\nResolve data integrity issues between databases and visualization tools.\nMaintain database procedures, standards, and security in compliance with company policies.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to optimize processes through analytics and technology.\nRecommend and implement innovative methods to support departmental goals.\nTechnical Expertise\nUnderstand JDE data sources, structures, and their role in procurement processes to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.\nTraining & Support\nAssist with onboarding and training team members on analytical tools and best practices.\nKnowledge and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or related field.\nBI & Analytics Tools: Power BI (required), Tableau and Cognos (preferred)\nEnterprise and Planning Systems: SAP, JDE, Logility (preferred)\nProgramming & Query Languages: SQL (required), Python or R (preferred)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization.\nLeadership mindset with a drive for results and continuous improvement.\nAbility to travel as required.\nOur Expectations\nWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
