Get help if needed. \nCommunicate quality issues discovered to the other shifts verbally and emails. \nFill out the Quality Assurance Daily Reports. \nVerify all information on the traveler. \nCheck the colors using the Densitometer, color chips, drawdowns, Chroma QA, pantone. \nVerify bar code scans and Chroma QA reading when applicable. \nPerform required testing where applicable. \nNotify Tech and QA Manager of defects, size problems or color variances in print found on \nproduct using the NCMR database. \nWatch and accept samples being ran on the production floor. \nClarify acceptable quality standards for packers. \nRoute all papers to be filed into appropriate folders or files. \nVerify tri folders. Update, approve, and / or create new when applicable. \nCheck for coining of lids, nest / detesting of containers before, during and after packaging. \nAny special tasks as assigned by Manager.\nQA inspectors will have the authority to disposition non - conforming product. The shift \ninspectors’ duties for validation and verification for all aspects of quality.\nQualifications: \nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty \nsatisfactorily.
