In this position you will ensure that all Injection Molding product and Dry Offset Printing product is made to quality inspection standards. This awesome supervisor will support all QA Inspectors in production, in their daily duties and ensure all employees are doing their jobs correctly and safely as well as take pride in their work and their attendance to maximize efficiency. Experience with GMP's required and various organizations such as ASI, and AIB/SQF preferred. College degree is preferred. Must be able to wear protective clothing as hair net, uniform, steel toe shoes, bump cap and ear plugs. Hot and cold, noisy environment, with odors.\nLanguage Skills:\nAbility to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.\nMathematical Skills:\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Use of mathematical skills in spreadsheets desired.\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
