In this role, you will provide quality systems support, perform testing and inspections, investigate quality concerns, and work closely with production teams to maintain compliance with customer specifications and company standards.\nWhat You'll Do\nAct as a safety leader and promote a safety-first culture\nSupport process improvement and quality initiatives across the facility\nCommunicate quality concerns, risks, and issues to appropriate personnel\nPerform and document film and bag quality testing per technical specifications and inspection methods\nCollect quality data and complete computer-based data entry and reporting\nAssist with quality department projects and continuous improvement initiatives\nTrain and support operators in performing quality checks and inspections\nPerform instrument verification, calibration, cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting\nPlace materials on quality hold and release material according to established procedures\nPerform retesting and laboratory evaluations on suspect materials\nMaintain quality records, test data, and associated documentation\nUtilize and support the AIMS Quality Dashboard\nPerform SAP transactions and maintain quality-related system records\nIdentify quality defects and help determine potential root causes\nSupport technical teams with quality verification activities and customer return evaluations\nProperly complete quality documentation and maintain product safety standards\nParticipate in special projects and other duties as assigned\nMust Have\n2-3 years of experience in blown film, flexographic printing, adhesive lamination, or flexible packaging manufacturing\nStrong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment\nExperience performing inspections, quality testing, and documentation\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel\nAbility to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines\nStrong organizational and administrative skills\nAbility to provide and receive constructive feedback professionally\nPreferred\nExperience with quality systems, document control, and manufacturing processes\nExperience with SAP transactions and reporting systems\nKnowledge of inspection methods, calibration practices, and laboratory testing techniques\nUnderstanding of Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) requirements\nRoot cause analysis and problem-solving experience\nExperience training and coaching production personnel on quality standards\nJoin Amcor\nJoin a global leader in packaging where safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement drive everything we do.
