And we invest in our world-class team, empowering our colleagues to unpack their potential, because we believe when our people grow, so does our business.\nTo learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit www.amcor.com | LinkedIn | YouTube\n-This position is open for the following:\nDay Shift 7a-7p on a rotating 2-2-3 12-hour schedule, $21/hour\nNight Shift 7p-7a on a rotating 2-2-3 12-hour schedule, $21/hour $2 shift premium.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nAt the beginning of each shift check the production schedule, walk the floor to become familiar with the products that are running, and consult with the outgoing technician for any items of concern. \nCollect samples from each injection molding machine, secondary process, and print line for the required attribute / dimensional / functional testing per the specified frequency. Record the results on the appropriate forms. \nNotify the Shift Supervisor of any non-conformances that are found. Monitor active concerns for prompt resolution and elevate issue up the Management chain if the non-conformance is not being addressed.\nNotify Quality Control Manager of any quality defects which are not corrected promptly.\nIdentify non-conforming product with “Hold” labels and update the hold log.\nUpdate X Bar R charts as required and Shop Floor on Line.\nPerform in-process attribute verifications and document checks. Record the results on the Quality Monitor.\nPerform first shot verifications and document the results using the appropriate forms.\nAssist as necessary with LDR verifications.\nNotify the Quality Control Manager immediately of any Quality Department equipment deficiencies.\nAt the end of the shift communicate any ongoing concerns / lingering issues to incoming technician. \nAll other duties as assigned by the Quality Control Manager.\nThe above is intended to describe the general content of and the requirements for the performance of this position.
