And we invest in our world-class team, empowering our colleagues to unpack their potential, because we believe when our people grow, so does our business.\nTo learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit www.amcor.com I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTube\nJob Description\nROLE OVERVIEW\nThe Sr. Risk Manager will mitigate Amcor Rigids Packaging Solutions North America (RPSNA) exposure to risk by leading best practices in all insurance and claims-related activities, maintain compliance with government regulatory agencies as a minimum standard, identify root causes of past losses/accidents and partner with appropriate personnel to mitigate RPSNA exposure.\nWHAT YOU GET TO DO\nDevelop and direct an RPSNA program to ensure the proper and efficient transfer of risk and the handling of RPSNA claims, gathering data on claims for both record keeping and loss forecasting purposes, and estimating the financial value of claims.\nOversee the activities of strategic partners. Coordinate and manage all aspects of audits of partner companies to ensure contractual service level agreements will be met or exceeded and ensure regular stewardship meetings are held.\nResponsible for the planning, development, piloting, implementation, measuring, auditing, and continuous improvement of insurance and claims best practices throughout RPSNA operations.
