Become part of our vision and help us drive safe and environmentally friendly business practices with state-of-the-art software.\nAbout the Role\nAs BI & Data Warehouse Engineer, you will help build and maintain the data foundation that enables reliable reporting, analytics and business decision-making across the organisation. Based in the Philippines and working from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM local time in Cebu, you will ensure a daily 4-hour overlap with Germany from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CET. You will design data models, develop data pipelines, maintain BI reports and ensure that business teams have access to accurate, trusted and well-documented data. You will work closely with stakeholders, analysts and technical teams to translate business questions into scalable data solutions and continuously improve our BI and data warehouse environment.\nYour Responsibilities\nDesign, build and maintain data warehouse structures, semantic models and trusted datasets as a reliable single source of truth.\n\nDevelop and optimise data pipelines, ELT processes and automated data transformations for business-critical reporting.\n\nCreate and maintain dashboards, reports and self-service analytics solutions, especially in Power BI or similar BI platforms.\n\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define KPIs and translate requirements into actionable analytics.\n\nEnsure data quality, consistency, documentation, lineage and appropriate access controls across reporting and analytics solutions.\n\nSupport users with training, documentation and self-service resources to strengthen data-driven decision-making.\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve reporting processes, data pipelines and BI performance.\n\nContribute ideas for modern BI, analytics and data engineering practices in an international technology environment.\n\nUse AI tools thoughtfully in daily work to improve quality, efficiency, and outcomes, while applying strong judgment, verification, and full ownership of the final result.\n\nWhat We Offer\nHealth insurance covering up to three dependents\n\nAdditional allowances\n\nAccess to a comprehensive learning and development platform\n\n25 days of annual leave\n\nA meaningful role in shaping reliable BI, reporting and data warehouse solutions for a growing international organisation.\n\nCollaboration with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a supportive environment.\n\nAccess to a comprehensive learning and development platform\n\nYour Profile\n2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, data warehousing or a similar data-focused role.\n\nGood SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modelling, data warehouses or BI platforms.\n\nExperience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, Looker or a comparable BI tool.\n\nBasic experience with ETL / ELT processes, data pipelines and transformation tools such as dbt is an advantage.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, documentation-oriented mindset.\n\nHigh quality standards regarding data accuracy, consistency, governance and access control.\n\nProfessional English proficiency and the ability to communicate clearly with international stakeholders.\n\nHands-on attitude and motivation to turn business questions into trusted, scalable data solutions.\n\nYou are confident using AI tools in a professional context, can guide and review AI-generated outputs critically, and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your work.\n\nAbout Us\nQuentic is a leading SaaS provider in the European EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) market.
