Working as part of a small, autonomous delivery team, you'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, building scalable features, APIs, user experiences, and AI agents that deliver real value to customers.\nThis is an opportunity to work with modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, and AI development tools while helping shape products used by organisations around the world.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and deliver SaaS product features across the full technology stack.\n\nDevelop services, APIs, front-end applications, and supporting data models.\n\nBuild AI agents that integrate with the AMCS Platform and AI framework.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues using logs, metrics, diagnostics, and AI-assisted tooling.\n\nWork within CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and release software safely and efficiently.\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Quality Engineers, and platform teams.\n\nContribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions.\n\nSupport and mentor less experienced engineers where appropriate.\n\nBuilding, Testing and Delivering with AI\nUse AI coding assistants and agentic development tools as part of your day-to-day workflow.\n\nDirect autonomous and semi-autonomous coding agents on clearly defined development tasks.\n\nUse AI-assisted testing to improve quality, coverage, and delivery speed.\n\nReview and validate AI-generated code and tests to ensure they meet engineering standards.\n\nEvaluate emerging AI tools and share effective practices with the wider team.\n\nSkills and Experience\nTechnical Skills\nExperience building and delivering production software applications.\n\nStrong proficiency in at least one modern backend language and framework, such as C#/.NET.\n\nExperience with modern front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.\n\nGood understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modelling.\n\nExperience building and consuming APIs and services.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms and container-based deployments.\n\nExperience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nStrong understanding of software testing practices including unit, integration, and automated testing.\n\nAI and Platform Experience\nExperience integrating applications with platforms, frameworks, or extensibility models.\n\nUnderstanding of AI agents, assistants, and modern AI application patterns.\n\nHands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools.\n\nExperience using AI to accelerate development, testing, code reviews, or documentation.\n\nPersonal Attributes\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nComfortable working in Agile or Kanban delivery environments.\n\nAbility to take ownership of features from design through production support.\n\nContinuous learner with an interest in emerging technologies and AI-driven software development.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation and benefits\n\nFlexible and hybrid working options\n\nCareer development and learning opportunities\n\nGlobal collaboration and exposure\n\nEmployee wellness and support programs\n\nThe opportunity to help build a more sustainable future\n\nReady to Make an Impact?\nAt AMCS, your work helps organisations operate more efficiently while contributing to a more sustainable future.
