Join us and, together, we’ll advance your career.\nTHE ROLE:\nThe Role is a team managing, will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex supply chain programs across multiple functions, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational execution, and stakeholder expectations.\nTHE PERSON:\nThis person drives program planning, risk management, process improvements, and execution excellence across the end-to-end supply chain, and NPI projects focused.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupply chain work baseline: Supply-Demand analysis, Cap model set and multiple OSATs/CMs loading vs Cap usage managing. \nLead cross-functional initiatives involving planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and operations. Drive program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and issue resolution to ensure successful execution.\nMonitor supply chain performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth, continuity, and operational efficiency.\nDevelop reporting and analytics to provide visibility into program status, constraints, and opportunities.\nManage change activities associated with new products, business requirements, and organizational priorities.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\nStrong program and project management experience, people manager experience .\nKnowledge of supply chain operations, planning, manufacturing, and logistics processes, 8 yrs+ direct experience in fabless company .\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, good pressure taker\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\nACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:\nBachelor degree or above in business/material management or industry engineering / Production control.\nLOCATION:\nHsinchu, Taiwan\nBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.\nAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
