execution from silicon bring-up through qualification, production readiness, launch, and sustaining support.\nOwn overall product readiness and execution strategy, ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business stakeholders.\nAct as the primary focal point for product status, readiness reviews, execution health, and critical program decisions.\nLead global cross-functional teams to deliver product milestones and business commitments.\nProduct Definition & Technical Leadership\nOwn final product definition, including SKU strategy, fuse configuration, performance targets, and power optimization objectives.\nDrive post-silicon product characterization and readiness analysis across power, performance, leakage, yield, and manufacturability metrics.\nLead resolution of product-limiting technical issues that impact readiness, customer commitments, quality, or schedule.\nEvaluate complex trade-offs involving performance, power, quality, manufacturing, and business objectives.\nProvide clear technical recommendations and data-driven decisions to engineering leadership and executive stakeholders.\nProgram Planning & Execution\nDevelop and maintain product execution plans, readiness criteria, dependency tracking, and milestone assessments.\nDrive accountability across multiple organizations to achieve committed program deliverables.\nCoordinate cross-functional dependencies and remove execution blockers to ensure predictable product delivery.\nAdapt execution strategies to changing product requirements, silicon
