Join us as we shape the future of AI and beyond.Together, we advance your career.\nPLATFORM THERMAL LEADER\nTHE ROLE:\nWe are looking for adynamic, energeticplatform Thermal Lead to join our growing team.\nTHE PERSON:\nAs a leader of the Server Platform Thermal Mechanical (SPTM) group, you will represent, debug, and triage system-level thermal issues along with supporting SOC architects with power and thermal modeling.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDriving technical innovation to improve AMD’s capabilities across validation, including tool and script development, technical and procedural methodology enhancement, and various internal and cross-functional technical initiatives\nDebugging issues found during the process, bring-up, validation, and production phases of SOC programs\nWorking with multiple teams, and tracking test execution to make sure all features are validated and optimized on time\nWorking closely with supporting technical teams\nEngaging in other software/hardware modeling frameworks\nLeading collaborative approach with multiple teams\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\nExtensive knowledge of CFD modeling with IcePak and Flotherm.
