Outside AMD, The Planner works with critical semi-con factories, who has the lead technology and biggest business influencing the world.\nTHE PERSON:\nPassion, good communication skills and teamwork, good data analysis, flexible working mode.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalyze supply-demand matching, identify root causes/shortages, and drive actions to close the gap.\nAccountable for end-to-end ownership of products/projects, meeting production supply targets from wafer fab out to final finished goods pack out.\nManage OSATs and drive throughput and efficiency.\nManage all planning parameters and collaborate with ENG/IE to close gaps and improve supply planning and supply execution.\nPerform supply planning simulations, including NPI/sustaining production covering capacity/HW planning, planning indices such as Yield/IR/UPH, materials such as wfr/SBT, BOM, and manufacturing process flow.\nTrack and monitor supply capability, including providing advice/solutions for risk mitigation.\nDaily tracking and management of WIP movement, cycle time, and hold/aged materials in OSATs.\nLead and drive influential communication, coordinate and drive actions with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to solve excursions and recover supply.\nPreferred Experience:\nAt least 3-6 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing production planning and control within a supply chain organization.\nExperience in outsourcing, OSAT management, design house, or related industries.\nAble to communicate clearly and fluently, both verbally and in writing, in English and Chinese.\nACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:\nBachelor's degree or above in Business, Materials Management, Industrial Engineering, or Production Control.\nLOCATION:\nHsinchu, Taiwan\nBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.\nAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
