Outside AMD, The Planner works with critical semi-con factories, who has the lead technology and biggest business influencing the world.\nTHE PERSON:\nPassion, good communication skills and teamwork, good data analysis, flexible working mode.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalyze supply-demand matching, identify root cause / shortages and drive to close the gap.\nAccountable of the end-to-end ownership on products/projects, meet production supply target from wafer Fab out to final finishing goods pack out.\nOSATs management and drive the throughput and efficiency.\nManage all the planning parameter and collaborate with ENG/IE to close the gap and improve the supply plan and supply execution.\nSupply planning simulate scenarios, including NPI/sustaining production covering:Capacity/HW planning\nPlanning indices like Yield/IR/UPH\nMaterial like wfr/SBT and etc\nBOM\nManufacture process flow\n\nTrack and monitor supply capability including advice/solution for risk mitigation.\nDaily tracking and managing WIP movement, cycle time and hold/aged materials in OSATs.\nLead and trigger influencing communication, coordinate and drive the actions with cross function teams from both internal and external to solve excursions and recover the supply.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCES:\nBachelor degree or above in business/material management or industry engineering / Production control.\nWell experienced in semiconductor manufacturing production planning & control under supply chain organization.\nExperience in outsourcing/OSAT management/Design house relative.\nAble to clearly and fluently communicate verbally and written in English and Chinese.\nACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:\nBachelor degree or above in business/material management or industry engineering / Production control.\nLOCATION:\nHsinchu, Taiwan\nBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.\nAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
