They take pride in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring materials are where they need to be, and supporting critical operational activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport day-to-day inventory management, material tracking, warehouse activities, and logistics operations within AMD's Secaucus data center lab environment.\nReceive, inspect, process, store, and track inbound and outbound materials, equipment, and assets.\nVerify quantities, part numbers, serial numbers, and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability.\nPerform SAP transactions and maintain accurate inventory records to support material visibility and asset tracking.\nUtilize SharePoint and Microsoft tools to support inventory tracking, reporting, and operational workflows.\nCoordinate movement of materials between engineering, testing, failure analysis, rework, logistics, and operational teams.\nConduct inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions when needed.\nMonitor material status and provide updates to key stakeholders across engineering and operations organizations.\nSupport receiving, storage, shipping, and material movement activities across warehouse and laboratory environments.\nPartner with logistics providers and internal teams to support shipment planning, tracking, and material movements.\nAssist with equipment staging, deployments, relocations, returns, and asset recovery activities.\nSupport expedited and high-priority material requests.\nSupport multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\nExperience using SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory management and material tracking.\nExperience supporting inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management, logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain activities.\nExperience working within a data center, laboratory, semiconductor, manufacturing, electronics, or technology environment.\nKnowledge of receiving, inspection, shipping, inventory control, and material handling processes.\nExperience utilizing SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, and other Microsoft applications.\nExperience supporting engineering labs, technical operations, or hardware development environments.\nAbility to track multiple projects and manage competing priorities.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced operational environment.\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and a willingness to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency.\nExperience handling technical equipment, hardware systems, boards, servers, high-value assets, or controlled materials.\nKnowledge of domestic and international shipping processes and logistics coordination.\nForklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is a plus.\nACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:\nEquivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant industry experience will be considered. \nLOCATION: Secaucus, New Jersey\nThis position is primarily onsite and supports AMD's data center lab operations and warehouse environment.
