They are an exceptional communicator who can build trusted relationships across teams, influence without authority, and align diverse stakeholders around common goals. A successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and be comfortable presenting recommendations and program updates to senior leaders and executives.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrimary support contact in sustaining for internal stakeholders\nFoster relationships and manage customer expectations to ensure needs are aligned with AMD business goals and revenue objectives\nMaintain awareness of, and provide status reports on, program schedule, status, and key issues\nIdentify program risks and develop mitigation plans\nManage customer critical issues and escalations\nManage customer sampling requirements in development\nAlign with AMD cross-functional teams (Business Unit, Sales, Engineering) on customer engagement, with emphasis on driving technical enablement/communications, technical support, and debug/issue resolution\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nStrong experience in program management\nExperience driving product development with hardware platforms and related software ecosystem.\nWell-versed with different project management tools\nGood breadth and strong technical knowledge (SoC, BIOS, Platforms, SW, Tools, Manufacturing) and experience in overall product stack and not just limited to silicon.\nExcellent communication skills.
