Join us and, together, we’ll advance your career.\nTHE ROLE:\nWe are looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Manager with of hands-on SAP experience to manage and support our Logistics application landscape.\nThe role will be responsible for ensuring effective resolution of day-to-day operational issues, driving service quality and SLA performance, overseeing external support contracts, and partnering with business teams on system enhancements.\nTHE PERSON:\nThe successful candidate should combine strong SAP functional expertise, production support experience, vendor management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into high-quality functional specifications.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n SAP Logistics Functional Support\nProvide functional leadership and support across the SAP Logistics and GTS landscape.\nSupport SAP Logistics processes including areas such as:\nSales & Distribution (SD)\nInventory and Warehouse processes\nInbound and Outbound Logistics\nShipping and Transportation\nIntegration with 3PLs and logistics partners\nAct as the escalation point for complex functional and cross-system production issues.\nPerform or coordinate root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive permanent corrective actions.\nApplication Support & Incident Management\nOversee daily production support activities and ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.\nWork closely with business users to understand operational issues, determine business impact, and prioritize resolution.\nReview recurring incidents and identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, or system enhancements.\nVendor & Contract Management\nManage application support/service contracts supporting SAP Logistics, GTS, and related applications.\nAct as the primary IT point of contact for external support vendors.\nMonitor vendor performances against agreed SLAs and KPIs\n Business Requirements & Functional Specifications\nPartner with Logistics, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance and other business teams to understand new requirements.\nPrepare and/or review detailed Functional Specification (FS) documents for SAP enhancements.\nWork closely with ABAP developers, integration teams and other technical resources during solution development.\nReview technical solutions to ensure alignment with the functional requirements.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\nGood years of SAP functional experience with SAP S/4HANA, with significant experience in SAP Logistics.\nStrong functional knowledge of SAP Logistics processes, preferably across SD, MM, inventory, shipping, warehouse and transportation-related processes.\nKnowledge of SAP GTS and international trade/compliance processes will be an added advantage.\nKnowledge of SAP EWM and/or SAP TM.\nExperience supporting SAP in a production/application support environment.\nDemonstrated ability to gather business requirements and prepare detailed Functional Specifications.\nExperience working with ABAP developers and technical/integration teams.\nExperience with SAP interfaces and integration with external applications, 3PLs or logistics partners.\nLOCATION:\nSingapore\nBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.\nAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
